My baptism day, trips to the zoo, "Hi Charlie!" flannel shirts, hugs, your Southern accent, feeding the ducks, Braums Icecream, your witty sense of humor, visiting the Oklahoma City temple together, Poco, the backyard swing, your warm laugh. I miss you and love you Grandpa....Charles Jr. Smith

I'm sorry to hear about your grandpa. Here's hoping that the memories stay around forever.
Everything you stated brought back happy memories of Grandpa Smith. We will all miss him!
He always said he hated to be called "Charlie", of course he loved the kids calling him Charlie so he could feign insult. I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago and he asked about the family. I said everything is great except for Patty. Oh? he says what's wrong with Patty? Well she's been awfully mean to me lately I say. Well I know better he said and if she is you deserve it because she's an angel and you're lucky to have her. He always loved Patty.
I'm so sorry for you and your family's loss.
